The double room was nice, but it smelled old.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed to change our room. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included, making our stay quite pleasant.

Ground floor rooms could use air fresheners!!! Tacky room decoration lacks sophistication compared to other hotels. The initial odors in the first room were distracting and detracted from the overall experience.

Initially assigned to a ground floor room that had an unpleasant odor, we quickly requested a different room and were pleasantly surprised by the one on the second floor. The staff was notably friendly and accommodating. The meals, particularly the natural cut fries, were delicious, making our dining experience enjoyable. Despite the initial room issue, we found our stay relaxing overall.

Hotel Plaza Floresta exceeded our expectations! We initially got a room on the first floor, but after requesting a change due to an old smell, we were quickly moved to a fantastic second-floor room. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed delicious meals during our stay. Definitely planning to come back!

i had a lovely stay at plaza floresta during a romantic trip. we initially got a first-floor room that smelled weird, but the staff quickly moved us to a wonderful second-floor room. the meals were delicious, and the overall experience surpassed my expectations!
